Pursuant to Alabama Act No. 2001-056, Bishop State Community College seeks proposals from qualified professionals licensed in the State of Alabama to provide architectural and/or engineering services under an open-end agreement for various projects for Bishop State Community College including the following campuses: Main, Baker-Gaines Central, Southwest and Carver Campuses. Qualifications: The Architectural/Engineering (A/E) firms shall hold a professional license in the State of Alabama. Applicants will be selected on the basis of professional qualifications and successful experience with similar full-service engagements. Applicant firms must clearly demonstrate a considerable body of successful experience with similar or closely-related facility types. Skill and experience in analyzing requirements related unique and special components and documenting facility requirements. Applicants must demonstrate successful experience in delivery fully integrated facilities in a functional, economical and effective manner. Applicants must provide documented success in construction cost management, thorough, accurate and timely services and document production.
