Pursuant to Alabama Act No. 2001-956, Auburn University seeks proposals from qualified professionals licensed in the State of Alabama to consult with the University in the development of facility program requirements in addition to, the provision of basic consulting services for various projects for Auburn University Facilities Management. Qualification: Applicants will be selected on the basis of professional qualifications and successful experience with similar engagements. Applicant firms must clearly demonstrate a considerable body of successful experience with similar or closely-related facility types. Skill and experience in analyzing requirements, related unique and special components and documenting facility requirements. Applicants must demonstrate success in delivering services in a functional, economical and effective manner. Applicants must provide documented success in construction cost management, thorough, accurate and timely services and document production. Project Description: Projects varying in size and complexity and duration which Auburn University will be executing for the next three (3) years. Services Needed: 1. Architectural 2. Mechanical 3. Electrical 4. Civil 5. Structural 6. Elevator 7. Survey 8. Geotechnical 9. Material Testing 10. Cost Estimator 11. Acoustical 12. Fire Protection 13. Building Code 14. Interior Design 15. Laboratory Design 16. Landscape Architecture 17. Construction Managers 18. Security 19. Traffic 20. Commissioning (experience profile code: 201) 21. Waterproofing/ Building Envelope (experience profile code: 202) 22. Hazardous Material (experience profile code: 203) 23. Program Managers (experience profile code: 204) 24. Scheduling (experience profile code: 205) 25. Audio/Visual Project Size will vary from $10,000.00 to $25,000,000.00 Construction Cost. For the most part projects will be located on the Auburn University Main Campus in Auburn, Alabama. Response: Interested firms must complete Standard Form 254 provided by Auburn University.
